Damage Claims Procedures
- Conduct a thorough examination of the external packaging for any sings of damage or compromise
- In the event of external packaging, shrink wrap or similar materials being compromised, document all damages on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt
- Capture photograpohic evidence of any external packaging or product damage identified during the inspection.
- Notify the assigned carrier for your shipment promptly to report any observed damages.
- Refrain from discarding any items associated with the shipment.

Concealed Damage: Please be aware that for concealed damage, many carriers impose a 5-7 day deadline from the delivery date for filing a damage claim. In the event that damages are discovered post-delivery, adhere to the same reporting procedure outlined above within the specified timeframe.
